Target Audience：Carers of Elderly

小組以藝術元素的手法，幫助參加者自我關懷及照顧自己的內在需要，提倡照顧者的身心靈健康。小組包含四個主題藝術，讓照顧者在日常生活中，得到放鬆身心、發掘創意、舒緩情緒壓力的機會。小組藝術作品將計劃於11月份的地區照顧者活動中展出，將照顧者的經歷與社區人士分享。
