「原始反射整合」調和家長班(系列一)

本課程教授如何利用運動整合「殘留」原始反射從而達到改善專注力、坐姿、眼球操作等。課程揉合了數種整合的方式包括Developmental Kinesiology、Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration(MNRI) Method、Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training(BRMT)「布隆貝格韻律運動訓練」,每一種原始反射都提供不只一個整合運動,好讓家長能選上最適合的動作在孩子身上。

課程採取教育肌動學(Educational Kinesiology)的調和步驟作為骨架,並利用肌肉測試找出身體有那些原始反射未整合。並且會設立學習目標,例如我看書本快速,寫字輕鬆等等。

這個課程你會學到:
1. 什麼是教育肌動學?
2. 實習肌肉測試
3. Fear paralysis的整合方法,這個能改善情緒及學習緊張、睡眠質素、對於自閉症小朋友可以改善眼神接觸
4. MORO的整合方法,這個可以改善對感官刺激過於敏感、驚嚇、固執性的行為
5. ATNR的整合方法,改善雙側協調、坐姿、手眼協調、中線發展等等
6. Palmar grasp的整合方法,可以改善執筆過於用力、手部靈巧動作等等
7. Plantar grasp reflex 的整合方法,可以改善平衡
8. 如何設立一些簡單的教學目標
